Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e)

Partenaire d'affaires en gestion de projet

pour rejoindre notre equipe Programme basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous accompagnerez les equipes des achats operationnels et strategiques d'Airbus Canada en tant que referent en gestion de projet.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Support A220 en Gestion de projet et Programme chargee de deployer les bonnes pratiques en gestion de projets dans l'ensemble des fonctions Airbus Canada.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que

Partenaire d'affaires en gestion de projet

sera de soutenir l'equipe integree de projet (IPT Avionique) ainsi que l'equipe de developpement de produit (PDT Systemes). A travers l'application rigoureuse des processus, methodes et outils de gestion de projet, vous contribuerez activement a la reussite de projets complexes et multidisciplinaires.

Vos defis :



Agir comme partenaire strategique du Chef de projet/IPT, en contribuant directement a l'atteinte des objectifs de cout, qualite, delais et performance ; Faciliter la prise de decisions eclairees en lien avec les priorites operationnelles, tout en assurant une escalade proactive des enjeux ; Elaborer, harmoniser et maintenir des plans de projet integres, coherents et alignes avec les exigences du developpement produit ; Assurer la qualite des plans grace a la definition d'indicateurs de performance pertinents et a un suivi rigoureux des procedures etablies ; Superviser et encadrer la gestion du scope du projet a chaque etape de son cycle de vie ; Coordonner les activites de gestion de projet selon les standards du Product Development System(PDS) d'Airbus ; Integrer et analyser des donnees financieres, de planification, de qualite et de performance afin de produire des analyses precises et exploitables sur l'etat d'avancement des projets ; Identifier, evaluer et gerer les risques et opportunites, en developpant des plans de mitigation adaptes ; Utiliser efficacement les outils et methodologies de gestion de projet pour garantir une execution optimale ; Mettre en place et animer une gouvernance dynamique avec les equipes multidisciplinaires (internes et externes), incluant ingenierie, methodes, qualite, achats et fournisseurs ; Participer activement a la communaute de pratique en gestion de projet, en partageant vos retours d'experience et les meilleures pratiques.

Votre profil :



Vous detenez un Baccalaureat en gestion de projet, ingenierie ou dans un domaine connexe ; Vous avez un m inimum de cinq (5) ans d'experience en gestion de projet ou de programme, idealement dans un contexte technique ou industriel ; Vous avez un i nteret marque et/ou experience dans le secteur aeronautique (atout) ; Vous avez un l eadership affirme et une excellente capacite d'influence dans un environnement matriciel ; Vous avez une bonne comprehension du developpement d'aeronefs et des operations commerciales associees ; Vous avez de solides competences en analyse, planification, organisation et resolution de problemes ; Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, un bon esprit d'equipe et etes ouvert d'esprit ; Vous etes autonome, rigoureux et avez une bonne gestion des priorites ; Vous avez une tres bonne maitrise de la suite Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) ; Vous maitrisez le francais et l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.

Project Management Business Partner

to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will support Airbus Canada's operational and strategic purchasing teams as a project management representative.


You will be part of the A220 Project and Program Management Support team responsible for deploying best practices in project management across all Airbus Canada functions .


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as

Project Management Business Partner

will be to support the Integrated Project Team (IPT - Avionics) and the Product Development Team (PDT - Systems). Through the rigorous application of project management processes, methods, and tools, you will actively contribute to the successful execution of complex, cross-functional aerospace projects.

Your challenges:



Act as a strategic partner to the IPT/Project Manager, directly contributing to the achievement of cost, quality, schedule, and performance objectives; Facilitate informed decision-making aligned with operational priorities, while ensuring the proactive escalation of issues; Develop, align, and maintain integrated and coherent project plans in line with product development requirements; Ensure the quality of project planning by defining relevant performance indicators and strictly monitoring compliance with established procedures; Manage and control project scope throughout the entire lifecycle; Coordinate project management activities in accordance with Airbus' Product Development System (PDS); Consolidate and analyze financial, scheduling, quality, and performance data to provide clear and actionable insights on project progress; Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies; Apply project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and optimized project execution; Establish and lead project governance across multidisciplinary teams (both internal and external to Airbus), including engineering, methods, quality, procurement, and suppliers; Actively contribute to the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your boarding pass:



You hold a Bachelor degree in Project Management, Engineering, or in a related field; You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a technical or industrial context; You have Interest in and/or experience within the aerospace sector (an asset); You have strong leadership and influencing skills in a matrix environment; You have good understanding of aircraft development processes and related commercial operations; You have strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; You have excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and openness to new ideas; You are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively; You have advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.); You are p roficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
