Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ou une Partenaire d'affaires en apprentissage pour rejoindre notre equipe au departement de ressources humaines basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'equipe de developpement organisationnel d'Airbus Canada de Mirabel et Mobile, ainsi qu'avec les Academies du groupe Airbus en Europe.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe de developpement de solution d'apprentissage chargee de l'optimisation, de l'evolution et du maintien de l'offre de formation pour le programme A220. L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Partenaire d'affaires en apprentissage sera de developper et maintenir des meilleures solutions d'apprentissage efficaces et innovantes en coherence avec la vision de l'entreprise, de gerer des projets ainsi que d'animer des reseaux d'experts.

Vos defis:
Developper et maintenir des solutions d'apprentissage efficaces et innovantes (architecture, contenu, veille pedagogique, rationalisation des couts);
Concevoir, proposer et developper des parcours de formation coherents avec la strategie de developpement de competences de l'entreprise et les acteurs cles;
Mesurer la performance globale et l'efficacite des solutions d'apprentissage;
Gerer le processus de qualification des formateurs (externe et interne);
Participer aux processus de validation de la conformite des formations;
Gerer des projets et animer des reseaux d'experts;
Consulter divers niveaux de la hierarchie de l'organisation pour identifier les lacunes dans les competences et les besoins d'apprentissage, en coherence avec la strategie de l'entreprise et des RH.
Votre profil:
Etudes de niveau universitaire en pedagogie, en formation en entreprise, en developpement organisationnel ou dans un domaine connexe (education des adultes, gestion de projet, gestion d'entreprise) avec un minimum de 3 ans d'experience dans la creation / gestion de l'apprentissage OU 5 ans d'experience en gestion de l'apprentissage;
Excellentes competences interpersonnelles, ecrites, d'ecoute et de communication orale;
Capacite a etablir et a maintenir des relations professionnelles de confiance;
Capacite d'influencer, sans autorite, en faisant participer les gens et en elaborant des plans d'action axes sur les resultats;
Capacite et interet pour le travail en equipe;
Competences linguistiques attendues :
Francais : avance ; Anglais : intermediaire
A l'aise avec la suite Google (atout);
Experience en gestion du changement (atout).

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Learning Business Partner
to join our team in the human resources department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Canada organizational development team in Mirabel and Mobile, as well as with the Airbus group Academies in Europe.
You will be part of the learning solution development team responsible for optimizing, evolving and maintaining the training offer for the A220 program.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:
Develop and maintain effective and innovative learning solutions (architecture, content, educational monitoring, cost rationalization);
Design, propose and develop training courses consistent with the company's skills development strategy and key stakeholders;
Measure the overall performance and effectiveness of learning solutions;
Manage the trainer qualification process (external and internal);
Participate in training conformity validation processes;
Manage projects and lead networks of experts;
Consult various levels of the organization's hierarchy to identify skills gaps and learning needs, aligned with business and HR strategy.
Your boarding pass:
University level studies in pedagogy, corporate training, organizational development or a related field (adult education, project management, business management) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating / managing the learning solutions OR 5 years of experience in learning management;
Excellent interpersonal, written, listening and oral communication skills;
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships of trust;
Ability to influence, without authority, by involving people and developing results-oriented action plans;
Ability and interest in teamwork;
Expected language skills:
French: advanced; English: Intermediate
