As a
Talent and Organizational Development Business Partner
, you will play a key role in achieving our growth objectives by managing the full recruitment cycle for executive and professional positions located in Quebec and Ontario. You will be an ambassador for our employer brand and a business partner to our managers. You will also have various responsibilities in organizational development and participate in the creation and deployment of approaches to support the organization in its growth.
Your main responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to welcoming and onboarding for varied executive and professional positions located in Quebec and Ontario.
Create and write attractive job descriptions focused on the candidate experience and aligned with our corporate culture.
Develop and implement innovative posting and recruitment strategies using creative and diverse approaches (networking, headhunting, social media, etc.).
Act as a partner to managers by advising them on best practices for talent selection and onboarding.
Develop partnerships with academic institutions and recruitment agencies.
Participate in various job fairs to promote Yoplait Liberte Canada and attract top talent.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees in collaboration with the manager, ensuring a structured welcome.
Contribute to HR projects related to talent retention and continuous improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and practices.
Actively contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand by highlighting our values and distinctive culture.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing transparent, human, and engaging communications.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving our talent acquisition practices and employer brand.

Organizational Development:
Contribute to the development, updating, and deployment of various internal programs, policies, and procedures.
Design and deploy an impactful onboarding program reflecting best practices to facilitate a successful transition for new employees in their roles.
Actively participate in the design, planning, coordination, and monitoring of various initiatives to promote employee engagement.
Collaborate with the HR team on any other tasks or projects to support the HR team in achieving its goals.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Proven experience in talent acquisition for corporate positions in Quebec and Ontario.
Proven experience in executing various organizational development projects.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a business partner.
Bilingualism (French/English) is essential.

Volet acquisition de talents :
Assurer le cycle complet de recrutement
, de l'identification du besoin jusqu'a l'accueil et l'integration pour des postes cadres et professionnels varies situes au Quebec et en Ontario;
Creer et rediger des descriptions de poste attractives
, centrees sur l'experience candidat et alignees avec notre culture d'entreprise;
Developper et mettre en oeuvre des strategies d'affichage et de recrutement innovantes
, en utilisant des approches creatives et diversifiees (reseautage, chasse de tete, medias sociaux, etc.).
Agir comme partenaire aupres des gestionnaires
, en les conseillant sur les meilleures pratiques de selection de talents et d'integration;
Developper des partenariats
avec les institutions academiques et les agences de recrutement;
Participer a diverses foires d'emploi
afin de faire rayonner Yoplait Liberte Canada et attirer les meilleurs talents ;
Coordonner l'integration des nouveaux employes en collaboration avec le gestionnaire
en assurant un accueil structure ;
Contribuer a des projets RH
lies a la retention des talents et a l'amelioration continue des outils, processus et pratiques de recrutement;
Contribuer activement au developpement et au rayonnement de notre marque employeur
, en mettant de l'avant nos valeurs et notre culture distinctive;
Assurer une experience candidat exceptionnelle
, en veillant a des communicationstransparentes, humaines et engageantes;
Participer a divers projets RH
et initiatives visant a ameliorer nos pratiques d'acquisition de talent et de marque employeur.
Volet developpement organisationnel :
Contribuer
au developpement, a la mise a jour et au deploiement de diverses programmes, politiques et procedures internes;
Concevoir et deployer
un programme d'integration percutant refletant les meilleures pratiques afin de favoriser une transition reussie des nouveaux employes dans leur role;
Participer activement
a la conception, la planification, la coordinationet le suivi de diverses initiatives permettant une mobilisation des employes;
Collaborer avec l'equipe des ressources humaines
pour toute autre tache ou projet permettant d'accompagner l'equipe des ressources humaines vers l'atteinte de ses objectifs.
Profil recherche :
Baccalaureat en administration des affaires ou ressources humaines;
Experience concluante en acquisition de talents pour des postes corporatifs au Quebec et en Ontario;
Experience concluante dans la realisation de divers projets en developpement organisationnel;
Approche creative, proactive et orientee resultats;
Excellentes habiletes relationnelles et capacite a agir comme partenaire d'affaires;
Bilinguisme
(francais/anglais) essentiel.
