ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent and Human Resources Business Partner (THRBP), your primary focus is to provide strategic talent acquisition consultation to all SOCAN business units and affiliated companies. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to the client group's leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Human Resources partners and cross-functional teams to identify current and future talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Additionally, you will tailor and implement talent solutions on behalf of your client groups, including employee relations, culture and engagement, talent management, training and development, and employee communications support. You will be responsible for applying HR policies and procedures and leveraging HR tools to build strong working relationships with select client groups. You will coach and support leaders to execute their people and business strategies. Your work will ensure the best practices in recruitment while contributing to broader HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
