, vous serez responsable de la gestion globale de vos comptes detaillants. Exigences :
Diplome postsecondaire en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe
Plus de 5 ans d'experience dans le secteur du commerce de detail
Experience en marketing, ventes ou gestion de categories
Comprehension des processus operationnels et des solutions d'intelligence d'affaires (BI)
Aisance avec la technologie
Excellentes aptitudes pour etablir des relations clients, developper des affaires et offrir des services-conseils
Competences demontrees en leadership
Tres fortes competences analytiques, idealement dans l'industrie des produits de grande consommation (CPG) ou du commerce de detail
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite, verbale et en presentation - capacite a communiquer oralement et par ecrit avec les membres de l'equipe interne et les clients externes bases au Quebec ou a l'etranger
Connaissance des produits et services de NielsenIQ (un atout)
Capacite a remettre en question le statu quo de maniere constructive
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement et a prendre des decisions de facon autonome, avec une approche audacieuse, agile et collaborative pour resoudre les problemes
Maitrise des outils technologiques, notamment en manipulation de donnees et en Excel

Client Business Partner - Retail

Candidates must currently be based within the Greater Montreal Area and be able to travel to the client location as needed for in-person meetings, etc.
The Retail team is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Retailer clients by fully understanding our clients' business needs and providing them with the products, services and analytical insights that will help achieve their business goals.
As a Retail Client Business Partner, you will be responsible for the overall management of your retail accounts. This includes establishing long-term business plans, developing and maintaining high level executive client relationships. You will also be responsible for developing a strong understanding of your client's strategies and business priorities and for coaching and mentoring team members in developing strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
+ Post-secondary degree in Marketing/Business and/or related field
+ 5+ years of Retail experience
+ Marketing, sales, category management experience
+ An understanding of operational processes and BI solutions
+ Technically savvy
+ Exceptional client relationship building, business development and consulting skills
+ Proven leadership skills
+ Very strong analytical skills preferably in the CPG or Retail industry
+ Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills -with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to Quebec and non-Quebec based internal team members and external clients
+ Knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services an asset
+ The aptitude to look for ways to challenge the status quo
+ Ability to multi-task and capable of independent decision making with a bold, nimble and collaborative approach to problem solving
+ Technically fluid with strong data manipulation and Excel skills
+ Accountable, results driven and open to new ideas and ongoing learning
