Dans ce role, tu seras responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, incluant l'examen, la preselection et la recommandation de candidats qualifies pour notre secteur des matieres residuelles solides et du recyclage. A titre de partenaire strategique pour les unites d'affaires que tu soutiens, tu piloteras des initiatives cles dans ta region designee. Tu auras aussi a developper des relations avec les communautes locales et nos operations afin d'identifier les meilleurs talents.


Ce poste te permettra d'acquerir de l'experience en recrutement terrain, en appui a la croissance des operations de premiere ligne dans ta region, tout en participant a differents projets RH et Talent au besoin.

Principales responsabilites :



Gerer le cycle complet de recrutement en collaboration avec les gestionnaires des operations terrain afin de determiner les besoins en main-d'oeuvre dans ton territoire assigne. Examiner et qualifier les CV des candidats selon les besoins des gestionnaires d'embauche. Mener des entrevues telephoniques preliminaires pour evaluer la compatibilite des talents avec les equipes. Coordonner les entrevues telephoniques, virtuelles et en personne entre les meilleurs candidats et les equipes d'embauche. Organiser les evaluations requises, au besoin. Formuler des recommandations quant aux decisions d'embauche. Rediger et transmettre les lettres d'offre. Utiliser des ressources traditionnelles et non traditionnelles pour attirer des candidats de qualite (salons de l'emploi, evenements de reseautage communautaires, etc.). Gerer les programmes de partenariats avec les colleges et universites. Coordonner les verifications pre-emploi pour les nouveaux employes potentiels. Creer et developper des strategies de recherche de talents au besoin. Collaborer avec les RH pour soutenir les processus de mobilite interne. Developper et maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de recrutement. Travailler avec les gestionnaires d'embauche pour assurer la conformite aux lois et reglements en matiere d'emploi dans ta region. Gerer les activites des candidats dans notre systeme de suivi des candidatures (ATS) Workday.

Exigences:



Diplome collegial ou universitaire en ressources humaines (un atout). Minimum de 2 a 3 ans d'experience en recrutement complet, idealement dans un contexte operationnel. Permis de conduire valide et vehicules obligatoires. Deplacements hebdomadaires requis vers nos installations de Montreal et dans la grande region du Quebec Experience avec Workday (un atout). Solides competences informatiques : Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.

Connaissance des normes d'emploi, relations de travail, avantages sociaux et integration. Excellentes habiletes en communication, relations interpersonnelles et service a la clientele. Grande capacite de gestion du temps et souci du detail. Maitrise des systemes de suivi des candidatures. Jugement ethique solide et engagement envers la confidentialite.

is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is searching for a

Field Talent Acquisition Partner

to be based out of our

Montreal

office.


This role would oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including the review, screening, and recommendation of suitable candidates for our solid waste and recycling line of business. Acting as a strategic partner to the business units you support, you will spearhead key initiatives within your designated regions. You will be tasked with cultivating relationships with local communities along with our operations to identify top-tier talent.


In this role you will gain exposure to Field Recruitment, supporting scaling front line business operations throughout your region, while also supporting various HR and Talent projects on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage full cycle recruiting by partnering with field operations leadership to determine staffing needs within an assigned territory. Review and qualify applicant resume in accordance with hiring manager's needs. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess talent fit for teams. Coordinate phone, virtual and in-person interviews between top candidates and hiring teams. Coordinate appropriate assessments as needed. Making recommendations on hiring decisions. Create and extend offer letters. Use traditional and non-traditional resources to attract quality candidates, such as career fairs, community networking events, and more. Manage college and university partnership programs. Organizing pre-employment screening for prospective employees. Create and develop sourcing strategies as needed. Partner with HR to assist with internal employee transfer process. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of staffing goals. Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations within your region. Manage current candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday.

Requirements:



College or University degree in Human Resources preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with strong transferable experience across operational industries preferred. Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. Weekly travel to facilities across GTA and Southern ON required. Workday Experience preferred. Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Knowledge of employment standards, employee relations, benefits, and onboarding. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong time management and attention to detail. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong ethical judgment and commitment to confidentiality
