We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team part-time for Friday's, Saturday's and Monday's. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to provide exceptional grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. As a Barber, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through your expertise in hair styling and customer service.

Duties

- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Promote retail products effectively through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat business and builds lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and products is essential.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an aptitude for upselling services or products.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Pay: $15,000.00-$25,000.00 per year
