We are a top-tier caregiving agency searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Client Care Coordinator to join our exceptional management team.As a key member of our Client Care Team, the Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and organizing clients\' care and services. With your excellent communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities, you will be our go-to person for overseeing employees in the Home Support Worker classification. You\'ll efficiently use scheduling software to implement client care plans and provide employees with their schedules every two weeks.
Prepare to master the collective agreement and take pride in knowing that your work truly makes a difference. Based in our St. John\xe2\x80\x99s office, you\'ll be a proactive team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide on-call support on a rotational basis, ensuring seamless care for our clients.
What you will bring?
You know the ins and outs of providing excellent care. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field - client care, nursing, human resources, or scheduling. Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
A team player with a can-do spirit and a passion for helping others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both clients and staff.
Desire and ability to grow into a leadership role within our organization.
