Client Care Representative

to join our friendly and professional front desk team. This is a great opportunity for students seeking Part Time Employment.

Schedule:

Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 8-12, 3-7 Saturday : 9AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and pets in a warm, professional manner Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries Schedule appointments Confirm upcoming visits and communicate reminders to clients Keep reception and waiting areas tidy and well-stocked Accurately manage transactions (cash, debit, credit) at checkout Maintain and update client and patient medical records Assist in coordinating patient care with the veterinary team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office is an asset, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate. Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable with computers and clinic software (we will train the right person) Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Willing to work Saturdays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 30 per week
