What do you bring to the table?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial financing
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience with RDPRM filings and searches is essential
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
What will you be handling?
- Draft and prepare commercial financing documents
- Conduct corporate and title searches, including RDPRM (a must)
- Assist in the preparation and closing of financing transactions
- Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and financial institutions
- Maintain accurate filing and records
- Perform various administrative and paralegal support tasks
