Position: Assistant Controller
Location: Montreal - Centre
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annumJoin our client, a leading engineering firm, who is seeking a committed and dynamic Assistant Controller to join their Montreal office.Benefits:- Excellent Bonus and benefits
- 4 weeks\' vacation
- First 3 months in office, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement thereafterJob Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or accounting certification
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Highly motivated and could function independently and multitasks:
- Assistance in the Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Responsible for month end journal entries
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- Adjusting entries - accruals, amortization
- Year end audit files
- Variance analysis and financial reporting
- Management cash flows
- GST/QST reports
