Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking an Assistant Controller to join their finance team. This is a hybrid role located in our downtown office, offering the flexibility of both in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate reports across multiple entities and business units
- Month end, journal entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Support the Controller in maintaining and improving internal controls and financial reporting processes
Requirements:
- Accounting certificate, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
