Position: Property Accountant
Location: Downtown
Salary: $80K to $90K per year
Our client is a well-established company in the real estate industry looking to hire a Property Accountant for their office Downtown.
:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple properties
- Month end, journal entries
- Responsible for intercompany reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Review AR
- Preparation of year-end audit filesJob Benefits:- Well-established company
