Position: Paymaster
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $80K to $90K
Job Type: Part-time (2-3 days per week)Our client is a well-established company with an excellent work-life balance looking to hire a part-time Paymaster for their office in Saint-Laurent.Job Benefits:- Competitive compensation and reward program
- Part-time opportunity - work 2-3 days per weekJob Requirements:- DEC, DEP or certificate in accounting, PCP is an asset
- 4 years of experience in payroll
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office:
- Process Canadian payroll for 100 employees
- Ensure payroll calculation accuracy
- Follow up on group insurance
- Handle benefits administration
- Act as the contact person for employees and Managers
- Update employee files
- Ensure procedures comply with legislation
- Prepare governmental reports
- Calculate and update employee vacation files
- Complete month-end and year-end procedures (T4, R1\xe2\x80\xa6)
