Job Description

Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Commercial Lease Administrator to join their prestigious team. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for entering lease data into the accounting system and overseeing the monthly and annual billing of the company's portfolio.Key Responsibilities:- Interpret lease summaries and update data in the tenant administration system
- Draft and revise lease agreements, contracts, and other documents
- Generate billing for specific revenue categories and monitor major & national tenants
- Prepare and distribute Tenant Data Input Forms (TDIF)
- Respond to inquiries from tenants, center managers, and accountants
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve lease-related issues
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the SupervisorThe Ideal Candidate:- 2+ years of experience in commercial leasing, paralegal work, or real estate administration
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, legal documentation, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
