We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
This role is open to candidates in Toronto location.
Potential for contract extension and conversion.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls, emails & web requests for information & inquiries from clients
  • Providing administrative support for our sales team on an adhoc basis
  • Ensuring data integrity & accuracy of customer records
  • Supporting clients with the onboarding of their company subscription including the building and publishing of provider profiles
  • Prioritizing and problem solve key internal dashboards to ensure our paid subscribers are appearing correctly
  • Collaborating with internal business units to support the mandate of the sales operations team
  • Delivering on priorities as assigned to execute on billing delivery excellence
  • Documenting all activities for accurate reporting in our CRM - Salesforce.com
Qualifications
  • University Degree in applicable field or related relevant experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in a sales support or back office function
  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool is required
  • Bilingual required (English and French)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail with accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Client focused mind set and a proven ability to deliver quality service
  • Enhanced Reliability Clearance (ERC) is required
