Job Duties

Build and maintain a book of recurring clients (property managers, owners, developers). Manage inbound leads and drive outbound growth (cold calls, site visits, email outreach). Prepare accurate measurements and create professional proposals. Use CRM for pipeline tracking and follow-ups. Partner with Operations for scheduling, quality control, and client updates. Sell additional off-season services such as snow removal, parkade repair, and warehouse line painting.

Education, Experience & Skills Required

2-3 years in sales/estimating for parking lot, property maintenance, landscaping, paving, or construction. Proven cold-calling and outbound sales skills. Experience with site measurements, reading drawings, and take-offs. CRM proficiency and strong follow-up habits. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Assets

Business, sales, or construction education. Familiarity with parking lot services and small equipment. Experience selling snow removal services. Existing network in property/maintenance trades.

Safety, Physical & Culture Fit

Safety-first mindset (COR, PPE, daily hazard checks). Comfortable working in Alberta weather with flexible hours as needed. Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. Team player, accountable, and adaptable to a growing, entrepreneurial environment. Strong leadership presence in field settings with a safety-first approach.
