This is a measure-twice-cut-once position -- attention to detail and quality are critical. You'll be involved in project setup, execution, and wrap-up, ensuring every job is done safely, accurately, and on time. Our focus is on long-term relationships with clients, so quality workmanship and professional communication are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Lead small crews or work independently on parking lot maintenance jobs.
Operate and maintain equipment for line painting, crack sealing, sweeping, and related services.
Ensure project layouts are accurate and work meets specifications ("measure twice, cut once" mindset).
Manage job site setup, safety compliance, and crew productivity.
Make informed decisions in the field; initially under "trust but verify" guidelines until fully independent.
Document all work (before/after photos, quantities, and notes) and obtain client sign-off before proceeding to next stages.
Communicate clearly with clients and management, including updates on progress, issues, and completion.
Support other services as needed (signage, seal coating, snow removal, parkade maintenance).

1+ years of
new layout line painting experience
(parking lots or similar).
Experience leading small teams or working independently on jobs.
Familiarity with equipment operation for line painting and related services.
Strong understanding of quality control and job documentation requirements.
Assets
Additional experience in snow removal, parkade surface repair, and concrete or asphalt maintenance.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and crew interaction.
Comfort making on-the-spot decisions in the field.

(per diem provided; hotels paid by company).
