Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Sales Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll consult with homeowners to design and quote complete comfort and efficiency solutions. Your scope will include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gas fireplaces, architectural lighting, and solar systems. This is a consultative role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, educating clients, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations to assess client comfort and efficiency needs
Design and quote integrated home systems across multiple trades:
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning quotations
Plumbing upgrades and water filtration quotations
Electrical panel upgrades and wiring quotations
Gas fireplace installation quotations
Architectural and specialty lighting system quotations
Residential solar energy system quotations
Clearly explain system features, options, warranties, and financing
Prepare and present detailed proposals tailored to client needs
Collaborate with technicians, coordinators, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions through our CRM (ServiceTitan)
Follow up with all quoted jobs and assist with close-out reviews and customer satisfaction follow-ups
Meet personal sales targets while supporting overall team performance
What We're Looking For
Proven in-home sales or comfort advising experience (1+ years preferred)
Broad knowledge of residential systems in at least two or more of the following areas: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or solar
Confident, empathetic communicator with strong consultative skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Comfortable using mobile devices, cloud-based CRMs, and presentation software
Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, including evenings or weekends
