We are recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative Countertops and Cabinet Doors for Nova Scotia region. Under the supervision of the Industrial Sales Manager,
the representative will ensure the development of new customers and the retention of existing customers.

Base Salary, plus commission. Commission is paid monthly

Responsibilities
-Promote the development of sales for Countertops & Cabinets Doors to the
manufacturing industry.
?- Respond to inquiries about products and services.
? -Prepare information packages and other necessary supporting materials.
? -Coordinate presentations meetings with prospective clients.
? -Understanding customer needs and prepare service proposals.
? -Monitor sales and the achievement of objectives
? -Produce expense reports.
? -Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and service proposals.
? -Contribute to the improvement of the development strategy and marketing plan.
? -Continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and
enhancements.
? -Maintain up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by
attending departmental and training meetings.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
?-Basic computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, knowledge of
Access is an asset.
?-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team.
?-Organized, autonomous, resourceful, hardworking.
? -Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities, in a fast-paced environment.
? -This position requires travel 90% of the time.( within Nova Scotia)
?- Experience in the hardware industry an asset, specifically in wood finishing products.
- Must have own vehicle
