We are seeking a

Sales Manager of Business Development

to lead, motivate, and scale a high-performance outbound sales team. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to manage a team to achieve individual opportunity generation quotas. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of pipeline requirements, from initial cold outreach to final closing.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Drive structured and consistent mentorship to a team of outbound representatives. Work directly with reps to improve cold calling, qualification, discovery calls, and prospecting sequences.

Pipeline Ownership:

Take full ownership of the delivery of revenue requirements for the North American region. Achieve targeted revenues, price, and volume through rigorous activity monitoring and results analysis.

Strategic Planning:

Align sales and business development planning across the organizational matrix. Identify opportunities for new market growth and implement regional sales strategies.

CRM & Lead Management:

Promote the best use of demand generation tools within the sales team (specifically

GoHighLevel

). Ensure 100% data integrity, lead queue management, and automated follow-up efficiency.

Market Intelligence:

Act as the segment expert on industry trends, competitive moves, and pricing to co-create valuable solutions for Real Estate clients.

Performance Tracking:

Consistently monitor deals and performance. Forecast and track key metrics, providing routine booking and performance reports to leadership.

Relationship Management:

Establish productive, professional relationships with key contacts and build long-term partnerships with high-producing agents.

What You Bring



Experience:

5+ years of management experience leading a software or marketing services sales team in a quota-carrying role.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of the

GoHighLevel

ecosystem. Must be proficient in CRM reporting and sales automation.

Proven Track Record:

A documented history of meeting/exceeding targets by managing processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business.

Communication:

Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Mindset:

A driven, enthusiastic, and hard-working nature. You thrive in a high-stakes, performance-driven environment.

Team Advantage:

Prior experience building and enabling a rapidly growing team is highly preferred. Candidates with a "ready-to-go" team of A-players will be prioritized.

Compensation & Performance



100% Commission-Based:

This position is strictly performance-based with

no base salary

Uncapped Upside:

You earn on your personal closes plus overrides on your team's performance.

Expected OTE:

High-performing managers at

BrickByBrick Productions

can expect On-Target Earnings of

$100,000 - $200,000+

annually, based on performance and team scale.
