Make
100 outbound cold calls per day
to business owners and decision-makers Book qualified sales appointments for the internal sales team Clearly communicate marketing services and value propositions Qualify prospects based on need, budget, and decision-making authority Log all calls, notes, and appointments accurately in the CRM Follow call scripts while adapting conversations naturally Maintain a professional, confident, and persuasive phone presenceRequirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven sales experience
(B2B preferred)Previous cold calling and appointment setting experience
Sales and marketing background is REQUIRED
Ability to consistently complete100 cold calls per day
Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a contract role Reliable internet connection and calling setupCompensation
Contract-based pay (monthly) Performance incentives for qualified and attended appointments Month-to-month engagement with long-term potential for top performers
