What You'll Do

Knock on doors, connect with homeowners, and represent a trusted local painting brand with pride. Start friendly conversations and book free painting estimate appointments --

no hard selling, just building genuine connections.

Bring positive energy to each interaction while helping homeowners discover how we can transform their space. Track leads, hit weekly goals, and celebrate wins with a supportive team. Learn proven communication and sales skills that will serve you for life.

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, confident, and friendly -- you enjoy talking to people. Goal-oriented and motivated to grow personally and financially. Reliable, organized, and ready to show up every day with a great attitude. Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an asset -- but not required. Most importantly: You bring energy, integrity, and positivity everywhere you go. Vehicle recommended but not required.

Schedule

Monday to Wednesday:

3:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Saturday or Sunday:

Afternoon shifts (typically 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Friday off
