About Guitar Fastlane

Guitar Fastlane helps guitar players over 50 confidently play the songs they love, jam with others, and write their own music. We combine 1-on-1 coaching, structured training systems, and accountability to help everyday players hit their musical goals.

We're looking for a

performance-driven Appointment Setter / Messaging Specialist

to continue conversations with warm leads we supply, qualify them, and book sales calls.

Role Overview

Continue conversations with leads via

Elite 360 / GoHighLevel

, text, and phone Qualify leads and book them into the proper appointment calendar Track all activity in the CRM Follow up with no-shows and rebook when possible Attend brief feedback meetings and apply coaching quickly

No cold outreach. No social media prospecting.

Performance-Based Compensation

Paid only for results --

booked calls, showed calls, and closed calls

Example structure (exact rates discussed in interview):

$30 per showed call

$100 per closed call

(highest payout, incentivizing quality over quantity)
Top performers earn significantly more than hourly pay because pay is tied directly to results.

What We're Looking For

1+ year sales, appointment setting, or messaging experience Strong spoken English -- clear voice, minimal accent Fast typing (40+ WPM preferred) Quick learner -- can master new systems and follow instructions Coachable -- applies feedback immediately Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently Able to follow proven scripts and systems exactly

Performance Benchmarks (KPIs)

1 booked call per 2 hours of active messaging/calling Contact new leads within 5 minutes Maintain 70%+ show rate Maintain 25%+ close rate on booked calls (combined team average)

Schedule

Remote, flexible hours, but must be available for

U.S./Canada time zones

Expected commitment: 30-40 hours/week across two shifts (~3-4 hours in the morning, 3-4 hours afternoon/evening EST) Weekly feedback and coaching sessions

Training & Onboarding

Short, focused training on scripts, systems, and KPIs Shadow real conversations before handling your own Ongoing coaching to improve conversion quality
