What will the Appointment Setter do....
Role:
The Appointment Setter is responsible for connecting with potential clients, nurturing interest through social media and direct messaging, and guiding qualified leads toward booking a sales call with our advising team.
The Appointment Setter will engage thoughtfully with our online community, respond promptly to messages and comments, and share relevant events and resources to nurture potential leads. This includes moderating the Facebook Community Group, providing encouragement and appropriate resources, and helping interested members take the next step toward working with us.
The Appointment Setter is responsible for organizing and tracking all lead activity within our CRM (Meta Business Suite Pipelines) and ensuring that the established follow-up process is consistently followed.
The Appointment Setter will work closely with the Social Media and Advising Teams to ensure a smooth and positive transition for every qualified lead, while helping to build Nicole's connection and authority across platforms.
The Appointment Setter must be well-versed in our program offerings, upcoming events, and resources, and confident using social media and CRM tools to manage leads effectively and meet weekly booking goals.
The Appointment Setter must also be familiar with the basic tech associated with managing an online business, including Google Drive and related organizational tools.
Responsabilities
Engage warmly and professionally with leads through chat (Instagram, Facebook, etc).
Moderate FB Community, Instagram DMs, email
Qualify leads based on provided scripts and criteria.
Nurture potential clients through conversation to encourage booking a strategy call with our advisors.
Manage follow-up messages and maintain a consistent cadence of outreach.
Develop a thorough understanding of our ideal client, program offerings, events, and resources and use this to nurture potential leads.
Track lead activity and appointment outcomes in CRM or tracking sheets.
Collaborate and communicate with the social media team and sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Represent the brand authentically in all conversations and help to build Nicole's authority by answering questions and connecting with the team to provide the best responses
Results
Generate and nurture new leads through our social media channels, booking qualified prospects into strategy calls with our advising team to support monthly sales goals.
Requirements
University educated
Excellent written communication skills -- warm, professional, and confident
Experience in DM selling, chat-based sales, or social media engagement.
Background in customer service, sales, or marketing. Experience managing a social media account is an asset.
Highly organized critical thinker with strong attention to detail and time management
Skilled at building authentic connections and nurturing leads through rapport and empathy
Goal-oriented and motivated by daily/weekly conversion targets
Proficient with social media platforms, CRM systems, and tools like Manychat, HighLevel, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
Tech-savvy, creative, and adaptable when personalizing scripts or conversations
Reliable high-speed internet connection
20-30 hours a week, based on the hours worked and billed
Available during evenings and weekends to check in with platforms
Flexible Availability during daytime hours 9am-5pm EST
Compensation:
Hourly rate is $22 an hour. Bi-weekly health benefits stipend is provided.
Quarterly bonus opportunities plus commissions based on performance
