Our cutting-edge platform empowers organizations to better manage their member relationships, and we're looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter to help expand our reach by connecting with key prospects.

What You'll Do


As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibilities will include:

Outbound Calling:

Proactively contact potential clients to introduce our CRM solution.

Up to 80 cold calls per day.



Lead Qualification:

Engage prospects, identify their needs, and determine their interest level.

Appointment Scheduling:

Book meetings between decision-makers and our sales team for product demonstrations.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and appointments in our CRM.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Experience in Outreach:

Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support is a plus.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Confident and professional on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Work Environment



In-Office Position:

This role requires full-time attendance at our Mississauga office. Remote or hybrid work is only possible after a 3-month probation period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
