Description:
Seeking a highly personable, sales savvy and detail-oriented Sales Development Associate with high standards for a full-time role with our sales team to keep up with our rapid growth. Must have a strong track record of closing high ticket sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will field inbound warm sales inquiries and perform outbound prospecting, researching and closing prospective clients. Your mission is to uncover, engage, and qualify decision makers through disciplined cold outreach. This role is almost entirely remote, requiring occasional travel for promotional trade shows.
Compensation:
Starting at $42,500 base salary with the opportunity to earn up to $100k including commission earnings
10 vacation days per year
Duties:
Field inbound sales inquiries and research prospects to close deals
Perform outbound sales tasks and cold calling
Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries in a professional, efficient and service-oriented manner
Follow-up on qualified leads using multi-channel outreach
Meet assigned revenue generation objectives
Effectively and efficiently manage the sales cycle
Maintain activity metrics and forecast accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Actively participate in the promotion of new services and releases as requested
Close high ticket sales
About you:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Minimum 3 years professional sales experience with demonstrated success in online marketing, advertising, online services or related fields
Top performer with experience closing high ticket sales
Reputation management or public relations experience preferred
Outbound sales and cold calling experience with proven success
Strong prospecting skills required
Proven technical knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM Software, Google Search (Advanced Understanding) and SEO
Strong communication skills, including listening, writing, speaking, presenting and influencing
Self motivated person who can stay positive under pressure and learn quickly
Advanced ability to forecast sales effectively and generate sales reports
Time management and organizational skills
The ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
Must have an excellent command of the English language - Expert level in all forms of communication.
