Junior Sales Development Associate
to join our team.

Rehab First is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation treatment and assessment provider. We specialize in complex case management, counselling, rehabilitation, and life-care planning for individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions, suffered workplace injuries, or are living with disabling health conditions. Our mission is to help clients rebuild their futures and reach their full potential at home, work, school, and in the community.
Role Overview
As a Junior Sales Development Associate, you will:
Identify potential clients through research and networking.
Collaborate with account managers to support business development efforts.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate referral leads through cold calling, follow-up, and relationship management.
Maintain accountability for results while working independently.
Build and cultivate strong, professional relationships with a diverse client base.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience developing and delivering presentations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required due to travel for client and business meetings).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skilled in using social media for professional purposes.
