Sales Associate who is hungry to generate leads, close deals, and exceed
revenue targets.

Position Summary:


The Junior Sales Associate will focus on lead generation, outbound
calling, and converting prospects into clients and partners. This hybrid role
is results-driven, with a competitive salary and commission structure. The
ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with proven success in B2B
sales, CRM management, and consistently exceeding targets. This role also
requires travel across provinces to represent Get Gambit at trade shows,
expos, and partner events.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting


Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking Leverage HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipelines and track leads.
Support B2B growth with Business Development Team

Sales & Closing


*Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations to
prospective clients
*Manage end-to-end sales cycles -- from lead engagement to contract
signing
*Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management


*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and
referral networks
*Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize lifetime
value
*Ensure smooth client onboarding in collaboration with operations and
clinical teams

B2B Marketing & Strategy Support?Collaborate with the marketing team to execute B2B campaigns and outreach strategies


*Provide feedback on sales collateral, presentations, and campaigns for effectiveness
*Represent Get Gambit at trade shows, expos, and industry events locally and nationally

CRM & Reporting


*Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM, tracking calls, emails, texts, and deal progress
*Work with the operations team to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
*Report sales KPIs, pipeline forecasts, and activity metrics to CEO and Operations Manager

Qualifications:


*Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in lead generation, cold calling, and phone sales
*Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas/targets in a results-driven environment
*Strong experience in B2B marketing strategy and business development outreach
*Excellent verbal and written communication and confident phone presence
*Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
*Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a hybrid model
*Must possess a valid G driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
*Willing and able to travel across provinces, including flights, to attend trade shows, expos, and networking events

Preferred Qualifications:


*Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Stripe, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
*Experience in healthcare, SaaS, digital services, or related industries
*Understanding of subscription-based sales models and recurring revenue strategies
*Experience in high-volume cold calling and lead qualification processes
*Knowledge of digital health and pharmacy markets (asset, not required)
