Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring that all stock is shipped out in a timely manner to customers
  • Troubleshoot or highlight any logistical issues for orders in transit or at warehouse
  • Provide timely information to sales team with regards to potential delay or disruption to orders
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with carriers, brokers & fleet program contacts
  • Manage vendor portals in scheduling delivery dates and providing pallet counts
  • Maintain and organize outbound tracker with all open sale orders
  • Verifying freight-out payables are accurate based on rate schedule provided by vendors
Education & Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in customer service and outbound logistics
  • Experience with freight is an asset
  • Experience with Quickbooks is an asset
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure, possess excellent organization skills and communicate effectively with team members
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits:
