Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of client orders, ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaborating with our Operations team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our continuous improvement efforts and organizational success. Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, book, and coordinate cargo movements for our dry van division.
  • Maintain and expand current client contracts.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of customer orders, including track & trace and securing Proof of Delivery.
  • Handle customs paperwork for border crossings (PARS, PAPS, ACE/ACI) as required.
  • Provide effective and comprehensive support to satisfy customer inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for dedicated portfolio customers and backup for other customers.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
  • Compare waybills with purchase orders and address discrepancies with customers.
  • Ensure accurate data management through e-filing.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure excellent service and timely issue resolution.
  • Create and update orders in TMW system.
  • Coordinate import and export freight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Inventory Planning within a Logistics/Supply Chain environment, preferably with trucking experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on creating exceptional experiences.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
