ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN BUSINESS PARTNER
Under the leadership of the Director of Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness, you will work in close partnership with business leaders and the People & Culture team to determine an organizational structure that best supports Westerns strategy. With Organizational Design (OD) being a new practice, you will consult on best practices and industry trends to build data-driven, end-to-end solutions.
Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Function as the project manager to lead initiatives to advance the Organizational Design roadmap
  • Develop role level structures and designing jobs, including the development of job descriptions
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate a consistent application of operating models
  • Prepare organizational design alternatives, evaluate them against design criteria
  • Design organizational career framework, title structures, and competency model frameworks
  • Support in building business proposals on OD concepts, operating models, decision making protocols, and corporate governance
  • Develop and present status updates and reporting regularly
