Position Overview


The Organizational Change Management Workstream Lead will execute the readiness and adoption deliverables in preparing an enterprise to successfully step into Oracle Cloud Fusion. The OCM Workstream Lead will drive all deliverables and activities as the client explores, realizes, deploys, and runs Oracle and the new processes, data governance, roles, and required behaviors to successfully use the system. We need a professional that is ready to travel to be on site with their team and the client.

This professional consultant will be responsible for ensuring collaboration and integration across the stakeholder management, communications, and training teams. They will prepare sponsors, provide hands-on support and input to critical path deliverables and milestones, and ensure that the OCM services meet the targeted needs of impacted stakeholders. They will liaison with business process owners, technical and functional SMEs, ensuring integration and consistency for impacted stakeholders across the broader engagement.

Responsibilities


Reports to and receives support from and reports to ISG OCM Success Manager Accountable for creation and effectiveness of all OCM deliverables and activities (partnering with system integrator and client) Responsible for partnering with client OCM Decision Maker to lead execution of all OCM activities; Consults with OCM Success Manager and system integrator executives while driving iterative, collaborative progress across change management, communications, and training teams Provide hands-on support and direction to Change Management, Communications and Training Leads (and client counterparts) Ensure that OCM services meet the targeted needs of impacted stakeholders resulting from the changes that the new process, roles, and technology brings Responsible for all OCM reporting, measurements, and sponsorship management

Required Skillsets

This is a hybrid role with onsite required in our client's Toronto office. Experience with OCM for system integration best practices for large scale transformations. Previous experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion greatly preferred. Experience driving stakeholder management activities and deliverables Experience identifying and managing key stakeholder and business representatives Ability to collaborate and work toward common outcomes via influence vs. hierarchy Experience with development of stakeholder analysis, change impact collection, change communications, process adoption, and training development and delivery (enough experience across these areas to manage teams effectively for intended outcomes) Proven experience in project and time management to produce deliverables or solutions in an iterative, agile manner (resulting in client buy in, insight or approval) Proven experience in preparing for and facilitating effective sessions (internal and client facing) At least eight (8) years organizational change management lead experience and at least five (5) years consulting/professional services experience Required functional experience; Significant experience either within the functional team supporting the following workstreams or deep OCM engagements supporting these workstreams: + FP&A

Education

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, graduate degree a plus
