Reporting to the Manager, Service Innovation, and working closely with project teams, extended leadership, and subject matter experts, your role will be pivotal in helping users understand and adopt the evolving processes and technology that Shared Services oversees.The OCM Consultant applies specialized knowledge and experience in various change management practices and methodologies to assist process users and other stakeholders to understand and adopt process changes. By working collaboratively as part of a Service Innovation team, the incumbent creates informed change management strategies that include communication and engagement activities, as well as integrating training/development and resistance management to encourage adoption.The OCM Consultant will play a key role in ensuring new change initiatives introduced into the organization meet business objectives. You will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems, and technology by creating and implementing program and project-related change management strategies, plans, and processes that maximize business value through employee adoption and usage.
