We are seeking a detail-oriented
Order Fulfillment Coordinator
to manage customer order processing from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, routing transportation through customer portals, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring on-time delivery by working closely with internal teams and external partners. Salary will be determined based on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring shipments are processed and delivered on time.
Manage transportation routing through customer websites/portals.
Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, customs paperwork if required).
Use Excel exports from NetSuite to track, monitor, and communicate order status.
Follow up with internal stakeholders (sales, warehouse, supply chain, production) and external partners (carriers, customers, third party warehouses) to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery performance, and exceptions.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot delays, escalations, or service issues.
Support continuous improvement in order fulfillment processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of experience in
order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain coordination
.
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation routing (domestic/international).
Proficiency in
Excel
(sorting, lookups, pivot tables); NetSuite or ERP experience a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping/delivery issues.
Knowledge of
customs compliance
and carrier portals (asset).
SALARY AND LOCATION
This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) based at the company's warehouses on the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario (K7C 3P2).
Salary will be determined based on experience.
