Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Customer Service
Assist in preparing accurate and timely
quotations
for customer inquiries.
Support in
sourcing and procuring products
under the guidance of senior team members.
Enter and process
customer orders
in the ERP/CRM system.
Answer
customer calls and emails
in a professional manner, escalating complex issues as required.
Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Inventory Management
Conduct
basic inventory checks
and report discrepancies.
Assist in identifying
slow-moving or deadstock items
.
Help monitor inventory levels to reduce the risk of stockouts.
Support the team in analyzing usage trends to improve inventory turnover.
Rental & Fleet Management
Assist in preparing
rental agreements and paperwork
.
Support
fleet upkeep activities
by maintaining records and tracking service schedules.
Monitor rental inventory availability and report shortages.
Continuous Improvement
Provide input on opportunities to
streamline order processing
.
Assist with supplier communications to improve procurement efficiency.
Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or processes.
Qualifications & Skills
0-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, procurement, or inventory control (co-op or internship experience welcomed).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of
inventory and order management principles
(training provided).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
Willingness to learn ERP/CRM systems.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
