Job Description

Looking for someone part time ~25h per week 11 am - 4 pm (Some flexibility with this) with intention to move to full time within the next 6-9 months. Hours of the clinic are 8-4 pm Monday-Friday.

Experience in reception, optometry, retail, or serving/hosting is a huge asset. Additional training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and recalling patients Educating and motivating patients and families about our services and products Contributing to a positive and supportive clinical environment Other tasks as needed, such as pretesting, filing, scanning, ordering or fitting glasses, and other similar duties that may come up from time to time.

A background in reception work and excellent communication skills Experience working with children, neurodiverse individuals, or in healthcare settings Previous exposure to optometry
