Job Description


Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive requests for information from government agencies, provincial governments, and internal partners at the bank.
  • Will be reading documents and performing data entry in the data base.
  • Fetching information and sending back to partners in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • 1+ years banking experience and/or education in finance
  • Familiar with banking products
  • Able to meet SLAs and have met SLAs in past experiences
  • Tech savvy - able to pick up on internal systems quickly
  • Strong Data entry skills - comfortable with repetitive tasks
