Position Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and creative
Operations, Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator
for a 1-year contract to support our growing business. This hybrid role blends digital marketing, operations, and e-commerce management--including oversight of our Shopify and Amazon storefronts. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same and brings a strong mix of creative, analytical, and logistical skills.
Oversee the day-to-day management of our Amazon storefront, including:
Order fulfillment
and customer communication
Inventory tracking and restocking
in coordination with production and warehouse teams
Campaign and ad management
(PPC, promotions, A+ content)
Listing optimization
(titles, keywords, descriptions, SEO)
Product research and market trend analysis
using tools such as JungleScout
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with Amazon's brand registry and policies
Marketing & Design
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to Shopify, Amazon, and our retail store.
Create, schedule, and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and email campaigns (via Mailerlite).
Conduct product and brand photography for use across all digital platforms.
Write engaging, on-brand content including captions, ad copy, product pages, and email content.
Design packaging, product labels, signage, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
Manage Shopify website updates, landing pages, and basic design changes.
Analyze campaign and website analytics using Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and social media insights.
Operations & Administration
Fulfill and ship online orders (Shopify & Amazon); coordinate Canada Post and UPS pickups.
Monitor and replenish inventory of products, packaging, and ingredients.
Maintain and update operational spreadsheets including sales, campaign performance, and expenses.
Handle cash tracking, POS documentation, and weekly bank deposits.
Run bi-weekly payroll, manage staff scheduling, and maintain time tracking systems.
Support store operations with merchandising, pricing updates, and occasional retail coverage.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and coordinating store/farm staff.
Qualifications
Experience managing Amazon storefronts, including knowledge of FBA/FBM logistics, Amazon Ads, and listing optimization best practices.
Proficiency with tools like JungleScout, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO/SEM and e-commerce performance tracking.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
Excellent photography, writing, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfort with spreadsheets, cloud file systems (OneDrive), and POS platforms (Shopify, Square).
Background in retail, wellness, beauty, or natural products is an asset.

Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
