Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support warehouse operations by managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. Your duties include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating inbound shipments in compliance with customs regulations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, logistics-focused environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with inventory team for accurate WMS entries

Schedule and prioritize unloading with warehouse staff

Inspect goods and report discrepancies or damages

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams

Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Perform repacking, loading/unloading, and equipment checks

Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Report issues affecting production or safety

Qualifications & Essential Skills

Valid forklift license (An asset)

Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience

Familiarity with customs regulations and WMS

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

Experience

Experience in inbound logistics, customs, or bonded warehouse operations (preferred)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

40 hours per week

Flexibility for shift work when required, including evenings and weekends

This role is based in a busy warehouse environment where safety, cleanliness, and adherence to operational protocols are essential.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience
