Business DivisionsGlobal Wealth ManagementYour roleDo you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies? We\'re looking for an Operations Funds Specialist.Your Mutual & Hedge Fund Processing responsibilities include:

• check and process all NAV adjustments, subscriptions, redemptions and distributions in connection with all mutual fund holdings including foreign, domestic and hedge fund products
• manage custody of all fund positions to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of client holdings
• proficient in using FundServ including completing dealer agreements
• process all related transactions on a timely basis through the banks\' in-house systems
• recommend or propose changes and enhancements to our systems, and work closely with IT to implement

We\'re part of a Service Delivery Team covering a diverse responsibility in Group Operations. Our team is responsible for the Cash Management, tax reporting, onboarding, fund administration, asset transfers, settlements, corporate actions and many more in the process of serving our client\'s needs.Diversity helps us grow, together. • have a minimum of 2 years Mutual & Hedge fund processing experience (foreign & domestic offshore, account transfers, Nostro and custody reconciliations)
• completed the Canadian Securities Course
• experience with Global Corporate Action is an asset
• able to work independently and in a team
• able to work occasional overtime
