We\xe2\x80\x99re growing!! And looking a for passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our team for the full-time position of Business Operations Implementation Specialist located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.



Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, the Business Operations Implementation Specialist is responsible for evaluating and maintaining Skyline Livings core operational business processes to ensure a productive workflow by identifying opportunities for improvement. They will prepare, train and trouble shoot day to day requests. This role will also be responsible for working alongside various departments and vendors to complete tasks associated to systems utilized, while maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, to evaluate and implement a tenant experience solution including tenant portal module and any additional products as required.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials as required and assist in training of users.
  • Document and maintain processes for database administration by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain and update project management system as needed and provide regular updates to management team.
  • Extract data, compile reports, and develop customized reporting as required by management.
  • Prepare and follow up with training materials as required and assist in training of users.
  • Maintain, follow up, and resolve tickets while providing a high level of customer service.
What we look for:
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field;
  • Minimum three (3) years work-related experience in project management, software/systems management or equivalent.
  • You have mid-level knowledge of mainstream CRM systems and associated set up.
  • You\'re a troubleshooting and problem solving wizard!
  • Strong project management skills including risk management, you keep things on track!
  • A people person, you will be working with internal and external clients so good customer service is important!
