Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the General Service Manager, this position is responsible for the support of Territorial Fuel Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Coordinator (TFS)
- Performing daily fuel checks and recording results
- Operating fuel truck to fuel helicopters
- Helping out with maintenance around the hangar
- Responsible for helping with the day-to-day activities based upon established standards, government regulations and time frames.
- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of the business.
- Help with shipping/receiving of fuel supplies.
- Adhere to company-provided training on Fuel delivery trucks.
- Other duties and projects assigned by supervisor and/or designate.
- Class 5 license with reliable means of transportation
- Ability to use hand tools
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Good communication skills
