POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the General Service Manager, this position is responsible for the support of Territorial Fuel Sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations Coordinator (TFS)
  • Performing daily fuel checks and recording results
  • Operating fuel truck to fuel helicopters
  • Helping out with maintenance around the hangar
  • Responsible for helping with the day-to-day activities based upon established standards, government regulations and time frames.
  • Ensures adherence to policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of the business.
  • Help with shipping/receiving of fuel supplies.
  • Adhere to company-provided training on Fuel delivery trucks.
  • Other duties and projects assigned by supervisor and/or designate.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Class 5 license with reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Good communication skills
