We are hiring for a full-time Operations Coordinator you will bring experience in scheduling, operations, recruitment, and office administration. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your scheduling and operations career! What you would do:

• Responsible for scheduling staff and driving the non-billable overtime numbers to a minimum by applying creative and strategic scheduling solutions
• Manage and oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person)
• Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures
• Provide support to recruitment activities; ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process
• Work closely with site supervisors/managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site
• Other tasks/assignments as required by the supervisor

What would you bring:

• 2 +years of experience in operations coordination; or scheduling
• Class 5 BC Driver\'s License and able to provide a clean driver\'s abstract
• BC Security License is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize information in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not required.
