Temporary Full Time-The Operations Coordinator is an in-office position and will be reporting to the Sales Support Manager, Regional Office in Vancouver, BC. The Operations coordinator (OC) role is responsible for all regular daily administrative and operational activities at regional office. They are the main point of contact of regional offices and handle a wide variety customer support tasks such as dealing with inquiries, distributing incoming and outgoing mail, performing basic reporting to support other SS&O roles and other business partners within their region. In addition, they act as the primary liaison for premise support and assist with technology support at the regional office level.What you will do
