Position Overview
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator
to support the smooth, day-to-day operations of our Centre. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about creating great experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing friendly and professional service
Manage general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies
Room Booking & Event Coordination
Oversee room booking requests for programs, meetings, and events
Coordinate catering and logistics to ensure successful event execution
Registration Support
Assist with the registration process for teams, players, and academy members
Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entry is up to date
Program & League Coordination
Support the delivery of leagues, programs, and special events
Help with distributing uniforms, promotional materials, and general program support
Customer Experience
Create a welcoming environment for all visitors and ensure high-quality service
Respond to questions about programs, schedules, and facility offerings
Qualifications
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Detail-oriented with a positive, problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
