to support both office and production functions. This role includes shipping, order processing, inventory control, and reporting, while also assisting with hands-on product work during peak periods. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between the office and shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics
Prepare and schedule outgoing shipments.
Create packing slips, labels, and shipping documents.
Track deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
Order Processing & Customer Support
Enter and process customer orders and quotes.
Ensure accuracy in invoices and order documentation.
Communicate order status and product information to customers.
Inventory & Procurement
Monitor and restock inventory levels.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist with ordering raw materials and supplies.
Office & Administrative Support
Generate and maintain sales, expense, and production reports.
Assist management with administrative tasks and correspondence.
Support scheduling and coordination across teams.
Production Support (as needed)
Assist with light product assembly, packaging, or quality checks during busy periods.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces in both office and production areas.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency.
Work collaboratively with production and management teams.
