Overview
We're hiring an experienced, operations-minded leader to oversee two high-performing shops: Europro Autohaus and ValleyPro Autohouse. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you will coach people, optimize workflow, hold the team accountable, and drive key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across both shop locations to ensure targets are met and workflow runs smoothly
Coach service advisors on estimate presentation, customer communication, and closing work
Partner with the Shop Foreman to manage technician dispatch, efficiency, and labor hours sold
Monitor and drive KPIs, including ARO, car count, closing percentage, and comeback rate
Handle customer escalations with professionalism and protect the shop's reputation
Lead weekly team meetings, participate in hiring and performance reviews
Build a team culture focused on accountability, integrity, and operational excellence
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience as a shop manager, service manager, or general manager in the automotive repair industry
Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate numbers into coaching and workflow adjustments
Proven track record of improving team performance through leadership, training, and accountability
Excellent communicator who can balance empathy with high standards
Familiar with shop software such as Shop-Ware, Protractor, Mitchell, or similar
Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-location management or leadership in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with EOS or other operating systems
History of hiring and developing high-performance teams
Ability to create SOPs and improve operational workflows
