Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Operations Administrator, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Ensure that the Company policies are being followed
  • Admin support for operations, internal departments and external clients
  • Work with operators to monitor expenses and budget and ensure timely submissions of Sales and Purchasing
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports as required
  • Manage AP/AR
  • Create and maintain a review spreadsheet which helps identify trends, identify gaps to plan, and offer suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies
  • Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
  • Review and analysis of weekly labour capture spreadsheet/gratuity payout
  • Aid in the seasonal help's hiring/onboarding
  • Handle mail, faxes and couriers

  • 3 years' experience working with operations within a large complex organization
  • Post-secondary education required; accounting degree preferred
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Food service experience is an asset
  • Available 7 days a week
  • Full G-Class License
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; experience with JDE is an asset
