About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly reliable
Operations & Admin Coordinator
to support the day-to-day operations of Centrivity's growing business. This role will work directly with the founder and core team to ensure smooth execution of client projects, team logistics, contractor coordination, and internal systems.
This is a contract position with flexible hours that may vary week to week depending on the project requirements. Hours may fluctuate based on project and client needs. We're looking for someone who is open to growing with us and able to adapt as the workload evolves. (There is an opportunity to combine this role with another open position, depending on your experience and skill set, to create a fuller schedule).
What You'll Do:
Provide operational and administrative support across multiple client projects
Schedule sessions, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for facilitators and clients
Support design of programming including editing slides, printing and purchasing materials
Manage document templates, folders, and filing systems
Process receipts, expenses, and reporting tasks as needed
Support onboarding of new subcontractors and maintain internal systems (e.g., Google Drive, Calendly, Harvest)
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy and comfortable with project tools (Google Workspace, Harvest or other time and expense tracking systems, etc.)
Able to self-manage and work independently in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Background in professional services, consulting, coaching, or learning & development
Experience supporting distributed teams and/or contractor networks
Position Details:
Remote
10-20 hours/week to start; potential to grow
Offers flexible hours, however requires availability during project peaks and responsiveness to ensure client and subcontractor needs are met promptly
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
